Oily Situation

Everyone has funny stories about their dogs that sometimes they just have to share.  Well here's one that I thought I might as well share before I forget.  My dad had found Wyndy coming out of the bathroom looking guilty and he had figured she was just drinking out of the toilet or something, because she knew that she wasn't supposed to do that. So he gave her a stern look and put her outside. Later, Dad was cleaning up after the puppies like he does everyday.  My sister Skye and I were watching them while they were playing in their temporary tub while their normal pen was being mopped. Once he was done mopping and scrubbing Dad was taking the weights (that hold the blanket down) to be washed in the dog bath.  Mom came out of the bathroom, "Todd, what happened to the lavender sugar scrub* that i just got? It's brand new," she asked.  "I don't kno--... oh wait.  I hope she doesn't get the runs."  ...or that it smells like lavender.

Moral of the Story: Never leave your sugar scrubs on the floor when Wyndy is around.
*Sugar scrubs are made of sugar and avocado oil; the sugar doesn't dissolve in oil so it exfoliates and the oil softens your skin.  They're not toxic to dogs, we checked... twice.
